A brand that dates back to 1845 when it was founded in Cape Town. Brandies from the Van Ryn Distillery have a discernibly South African personality, rich in aroma and flavour, not only the result of the soils and sunshine but a quintessentially South African approach.
Chenin blanc and Colombard grapes are distilled in locally designed copper stills, adapted in size and shape from the French prototype then matured in small French oak barrels.
